Shahin Mina-Pour
Shahin is a dedicated real estate professional with a lifelong passion for helping people. Raised in a tight-knit family, his interest in real estate began early, inspired by his father—a structural engineer turned project manager and residential home builder.
He gained hands-on experience as a wood framer in his teens, later studying Environmental Design and Urban Planning at UBC. After working as a project manager, Shahin earned both his home builder’s license and real estate license, giving him a well-rounded perspective on the industry.
Shahin brings deep knowledge, trusted connections, and sharp negotiation skills to every transaction. His commitment to building long-term relationships has driven the rapid growth of his business in Greater Vancouver’s residential market.
